Ritesh is a seasoned Healthcare Professional with 23+ years of expertise in Commercialization, Strategic Business Planning, Business Development, Alliance Management, Portfolio Management, Complex Business Models, Commercial Excellence, Commercial Analytics, and overall Leadership.

He has great Experience in working as a part of the ‘core’ team in setting up the organization, building new processes and capabilities from the ground up; Successfully managed & delivered in an ambiguous and uncertain environment.

He has long experience in multiple Pharmaceutical therapy areas across different geographies from both developing and developed worlds. In addition to Pharmaceuticals, he has been involved in commercialization of Medical diagnostics and devices in different parts of the world.

Ritesh has played key role in high value M&A deals & the Integration Process along with doing multiple in-licensing deals across different areas.
